Survivor

Bobby O,Jay closes the kitchen when it gets hot. Big Ben and Lady D. make his day most mornings. They don't really challenge hm on anything he says. He brags on a daily basis. But  WDIA is his only job. He has been in Memphis  thirty years.  The callers and listeners live vicariously through him. He is lucky enough to have the same people calling everyday,it throws him off.if someone goes off script. But he still gets paid.

Hearing the listeners call in and plead his case made it clear   He has found a comfort zone.  He is bigger in Memphis than he  would be elsewhere. He met and married a girl.from California by way of Bearwater. He says she turned his life around. But he gives her too much credit  When  you consider all the changes over the years For him to still be around. Makes him a survivor.
